Ian has worked in the IT industry for nearly 30 years of which the last 8 have concentrated on internet security and solutions utilising public key infrastructures. Ian has been a regular speaker on the subject and contributed to numerous articles.
Prior to his current position, Ian spent 5 years as technical director of Entrust (Europe) Ltd, a leading supplier of PKI, digital identity and internet security solutions. Before joining Entrust, Ian spent nearly 20 years at EDS (formally SD-Scicon) working in all aspects of product development, management and sales, creating advanced software development products for the defence and aerospace industries.
Ian is a director of Kalypton Limited a company formed to deliver solutions that enable users to achieve regulatory compliance and evidential weight for their electronic communications.
